1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the HDB Resale Transactions application (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Proprietary Rights. The Service, including its "look and feel" (e.g., text, graphics, images, logos), proprietary code, and architecture, is the exclusive property of the Service owners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Public Data. The underlying housing transaction data displayed by the Service is sourced from the Government of Singapore (via data.gov.sg) and remains the property of its respective owners, subject to the Singapore Open Data Licence.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the data provided is accurate, complete, or current. This Service is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making financial or real estate decisions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service owners, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
